Qualifying sets the start order, so every entry gets the course to itself and runs it flat out. One hill, one corner, and everything that races Vegas to Reno coming past one at a time — trick trucks, Class 1 cars, the Dakar machines and sixty-odd UTVs.
Grouped by class, and kept together by entry — so if I shot your truck more than once, those frames sit side by side.
I do my best to identify each class, vehicle, driver and team using published entry lists and any visible race numbers. Rosters change, vehicles may have multiple drivers and it is not always possible to confirm who was behind the wheel in a specific photograph. Unless the driver can be verified, captions identify the entry rather than the individual.
There is a lot to keep track of, so please confirm the details before relying on them. If I got something wrong, send me the correct information and I will fix it.
